Have a question, issue, or idea? We'd love to hear from you. Send us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Before you write
A question offended you or has a mistake
Use Report a question instead of this form. It attaches the exact question, so it reaches the moderation queue with everything we need.
Something is not working
Tell us the page URL, your device and browser, and what you expected to happen. A multiplayer problem is much faster to trace with the six-character room code.
You want to suggest questions or a category
Send them in this form. New submissions stay in draft for editorial review, so include the category you have in mind and whether it is clean, PG-13 or adults only.
Common questions already answered
Accounts, saving favourites, custom packs and multiplayer rooms are covered in the FAQ. The rules are on the How to Play page.
