Driver answers last - The driver keeps eyes on the road - they answer after everyone else, buying time to think without losing engagement. It also avoids distraction spikes right at the question.

Passenger controls the pace - One person manages the phone and taps "next question" when the conversation on the current one has naturally ended. Never skip a question mid-answer.
